2008 Summer Clinics and Camps

This page is dedicated to our Summer Camps and Clinics that are held at the Rink at Old York Road. Below is a short description of the Hockey and Skating programs that we offer during the 2008 Summer Seasons. As always space is limited so register soon. Also if you have any questions, please contact the Rink office. Copy of the program flyers are located by the camp or clinic description.

	*Conditioning Camp* The Complete Player Conditioning Camp is a way for all players to get ready for the 2008-09 season. The Camp will be the players’ chance to get into playing shape and form through a variety of on and off-ice drills. The Complete Player Conditioning Camp will be run by our Hockey Director Challie Sgrillo. This is an all around conditioning camp that is OPEN TO ALL PARTICIPANTS! Lunch is NOT provided for the campers, but can be purchased for $5 per day from Kamp Kool. Camp Benefits: Increase Skating Strength & Endurance Passing & Shooting Strength Positional Play
	Players will be expected to participate in the camp with FULL EQUIPMENT. Camp is limited to the first 40 players that register!
Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM	Camp Dates: August 4-8, 2008	*$199.00* per player, per week ($225 for Non Raiders, $125 for Goalies)

	*Skills Camp* The Complete Player Camp is designed to enhance the skills a player needs to participate in hockey today at ALL levels! The Rink at Old York Road’s Hockey Director Chalie Sgrillo will supervise this high temp, fast pace, FUN skill’s development camp. The Complete Player Camp is geared for the Intermediate and Advanced players. Lunch is NOT provided for the campers, but can be purchased for $5 per day from Kamp Kool. Camp Benefits:
	Skating Strength & Endurance Off Ice Plyometric & Strength Training Goaltender Instruction Daily! Campers should have a change of clothes and a towel everyday	Passing & Receiving Strength & Accuracy Shooting & Scoring Techniques Offensive & Defensive Tactics
	Players will be expected to participate in the camp with FULL EQUIPMENT. Camp is limited to the first 40 players that register!
